The Worship & Creative Arts Team is a leadership ministry.  The following requirements are mandatory to involvement with this Team:


  1. 1.Attend a Merge Night (see below);

  2. 2.Tithe to CHC;

  3. 3.4 Week Probationary Period—Each team member must observe the probationary period before ministering with the team;

  4. 4.Commit to be apart of the team for a minimum of 6 months;

  5. 5.Spiritual Maturity;

  6. 6.Skilled in your talent;

  7. 7.Commitment to weekly rehearsals, ministry times, and special events (see below);

  8. 8.Support of Family;

  9. 9.Ability to flow with the Worship Pastor and W&CA Team in unity.
